Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase, however, if you wish to return goods for a refund or exchange, you can do so within 14 days of delivery providing they are unused and re-saleable. Returned items must be in the same condition they were received and with all original packaging.
Exceptions
We are unable to accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for organising and covering the shipping costs of your return. We cannot refund or exchange goods that are lost or damaged on the way back to us, so recommend using a tracked service with suitable compensation levels and ensuring all original protective packaging is used.
To request a return, contact hello@rorastore.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your name (we can only process a return for the original purchaser)
- Proof of purchase/order number
- Which items you wish to return
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange
We aim to reply within 3 working days. If requesting an exchange, we will confirm available stock. Please note you will be required to pay standard shipping charges for the new items.
Please do not return anything until you have received confirmation and instructions. You will then have 14 days to return the goods to us (at your cost as above). Eligible refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return, providing all criteria are met. Please note bank processing times may cause delays.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Please inspect your order upon reception. In the unfortunate event that any of your items are damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us with order details and images at hello@rorastore.co.uk within 24 hours, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
